1995 – 2008 – Employed at Visterra Credit Union as Vice President of Marketing.
In his civilian life Charlie has been a Boy Scout Leader, and as a Scoutmaster he completed Wood Badge training.
He is a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Moreno Valley. In 1974, while stationed at Andersen AFB on the island of Guam, he became as a Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion and has served as a EMHC since.
He is a life member of The Order of Daedalians, the Military Officers Association of America, and USAFA Association of Graduates. He also is a member of the DAV, the American Legion, the Buford A Johnson Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen Incorporated, and other civic organizations as well as various Westmont Village residents’ committees.
He loves tennis, pickleball, line dancing, and reading.
